Arriving to the “Universidade Lusófona”
Universidade Lusófona is at walking distance from the “Campo Grande” underground station. When you exit the underground station, close to the Sporting Club of Portugal football stadium, turn your back to the stadium and walk to the left and away from the stadium. You will need to pass underneath the freeway that surrounds the inner Lisbon area. You may want to ask a policeman the directions to reach the university – its not complicated but the area is under construction.
From the underground station to the university, there is a 5 to 10 minute walk (including time to stop at the traffic lights). One underground trip costs about 0.90€ or 1.5€ with the ticket card (mandatory in the first purchase). You can buy a ticket and several trips, or recharge the ticket if you run out of trips. More info on the Lisbon underground.
If you arrive by taxi, it should be pretty straightforward.
Once at the university, uniformed personnel will be available to show you the meeting building and room. If you prefer, we have set up a group of volunteers that are available to help and show you around Lisbon.
More information will be sent by email closer to the event.
