Registration procedure
As of January 1, 2010, all the Action procedures are handled by the new e-COST platform. This means that the participants of both Workshop and MC meeting, should receive an official invitation letter from the Grant Holder institution via the e-COST system. In the message, you will find a link you will need to click to confirm or decline your participation.
- Official MC members will be automatically added to the participants list (i.e., they will automatically receive and invitation letter for the meeting).
- The MC Substitutes, and the ad-hoc Substitutes should register to the e-COST system https://e-services.cost.esf.org, and have to send an email to cost-ic0703 <at> ftw [dot] at confirming their intention to participate at the meeting. Hence, they will get an official invitation letter. Find here the user guide for the e-COST.
- Persons willing to attend the meeting, in order to facilitate the logistics, please follow the same procedure as for MC Substitutes and ad-hoc Substitutes, specifying that you are not asking for a reimbursement. The participation to the MC meeting is free of charge.
