Registration, costs and travel grant
Applicants for members of COST TMA action IC0703
Students belonging to any institutions participating to the TMA COST Action IC0703 are welcome to participate and are eligible to request a travel grant. The travel grant will be a fixed amount granted to cover part of the travel costs. The exact amount will be decided based on the number of participants.
Applicants of institutions outside COST-TMA
Applicants affiliated with institutions that are not participating to the Cost-TMA action are welcome to join the Ph.D. school programme. They are asked to apply directly by filling in the registration form and indicating that the institution is not participating Cost-TMA. These students are not eligible to request the travel grant.
Application to the programme
Students have to apply for an admittance to the Ph.D. school. To apply, please,

Deadline of the Application
The deadline for the application is set to May 4th, 2011.
Number of participants
A maximum of 35 students will be admitted to the course. Precedence is given to CostTMA members.
Selected Participants
After the applications have been received, the selection panel will inform the selected participants using the information channels of the Cost TMA actions. A list with the names of the participants will be published on the school website.
The selected participants are asked to register to the course after their arrival to the conference site.
Costs:
Courses are offered free of charge for all the selected participants.
Lunches, Lodging and Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Travel Grant
If your istitutions is one of the participating parties and your research group is partecipating to the activities of Cost-TMA, you are eligible to request a travel grant in the form of a fixed sum (approximately in the range 250-350€, depending on the number of requests). The student winner of the grant will receive money after the end of the school. NO other costs will be reimbursed. The availability of travel grants is limited. A list of the assigned grants will be published soon after the application deadline.
If your institution is not officially participating to the Cost-TMA, your are welcome to participate to the school (free of charge) but costs are not reimbursed.
