Dear QoE-interested TMA members!

Once again, we are going for a dedicated QoE-related Technical Session at the TMA COST action’s upcoming MC-Meeting in Zagreb (Sep 20-21). The session will be (again) a great opportunity for learning about each other’s current activities in the field of QoE (including STSMs) and for fostering joint activity.

By now we envisage a series of short presentations plus discussion, following a format similar to what we had in Zurich. (However, this time we’ll take care of a more relaxed pace that allows for going more in-depth, leaving sufficient breathing space for the discussion part Wink). In order to facilitate planning and get a rough idea about the amount and nature of participation, I ask you to briefly send a mail to schatz(AT)ftw.at with the following infos:

1) Do you plan to attend the session? (if not: somebody else from your institution?)

2) If yes, do you want to give a presentation about your (group’s) QoE-related activities?

3) If yes, what will be the nature/content of your presentation?

Ideas so far are: Institutional Overview [IO], Technical Presentation [TP], STSM, or a combination of them.

4) What is your preferred scheduling of the QoE session?

Options: a) Mo Morning, b) Mo Afternoon, c) Tu Morning

5) Do you have any further questions, comments or suggestions?

Since the holiday season is approaching at the speed of light with planning activities more and more urgent, I ask all people interested in attending/presenting for a quick reply/mail to schatz(AT)ftw.at until Thu June 24th ! (sorry for the short notice)

Thank you for your input and see you in Zagreb, Raimund Schatz
